Madinet Nasr Housing & Development Commissions American Top 10 Project Management Firm, Hill International, to Oversee Sarai and Taj City’s Construction.

Madinet Nasr Housing & Development (EGX: MNHD.CA, “MNHD”), a leading urban developer in Egypt, has commissioned Hill International and Engineering Consulting Group to manage several construction projects within Sarai and Taj City. Both developments account for over a million square meters worth of construction; Sarai Zone S1 and S2 and Taj City Zone T. Sarai’s Zone S1and S2 represent a gross land area (GLA) of over 750, 000 SQM and account for over 2200 units; including 111 buildings. While, Taj City’s Zone T represents a gross land area (GLA) of over 350, 000 SQM and will account for 1525 units, meaning 200 residential buildings, as well as Taj City’s club house and community center.

In addition, Engineering Consulting Group (ECG) has been commissioned to supervisor the construction of Sarai’s Zone S1 and S2. ECG has managed a total construction value surpassing US$100 billion making them a trusted leader in the industry. ACE Project Management Moharram-Bakhoum, a firm with over 28 years of international experience, has been commissioned to supervise the implementation of the construction, utilities and facilities. In addition, the commissioning of Taj City’s Zone T construction will be awarded to several contractors, including Redcon a company with over 25 years of experience and 150 completed projects.
